Due to the unprecedented, global Coronavirus-19, pandemic, Gov. Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-21 prohibits all public gatherings of any number of people until after April 13, 2020. This requires the Manistee Area Public Schools Board of Education to meet electronically -AND-
