WHAT A GREAT FUN-FILLED FAMILY EVENT!

According to Shannon Ladd, ATP, “hundreds of MAPS students and community members and their families came out Saturday to participate in the MAPS ATP Winterfest Carnival. The sound of endless giggles and laughter reverberated throughout the walls of MMHS! It was a big hit with bounce houses, games, prize giveaways, glitter tattoos, concessions, a Littlest Chips toddler area, and so much more! The highlight of the day for many was the Celebrity Faculty Pie toss! Patrons had their lucky chance at throwing pies at PE Teacher/Coach, Wendy Adamski; Chorus Teacher, Amanda Feyen; and Principal Julia Raddatz. What great sports they were!”

Shannon continued by saying that the “ATP’s focus is to give our students as many chances to have fun and make memories! With our fundraising efforts, we have been able to reduce and most times eliminate the costs to families so no one is excluded. ATP event proceeds help to offset the cost of learning supplies and books that bring students a unique classroom experience.”

NOTE:
The entire MAPS Family thank the ATP (Action Team for Partnership) of Madison, Jefferson and Kennedy Schools for their tireless energy, coordination and fundraising for not only this fabulous Winter Fun Fest Carnival, but also for the other ATP-sponsored student field trips, Daddy/Daughter, Mother/Son and Special Persons events, Family Reading Nights, Movie Nights, and Holiday Craft opportunities.

WE APPRECIATE THE ATP TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE!
