Police Alert: Lock Your Parked Vehicle

Manistee City Police Chief Tim Kozal has asked us to help spread the word about a string of recent thefts occurring in unlocked parked vehicles in our community.  Please remember to lock your vehicle when you park and consider removing any and all valuables instead of hiding them.  Please contact the city police at (231) 723-2533 if you have any information about these incidents.  MAPS appreciates the work of our local law enforcement agencies in helping to inform our students, staff, and families about timely events.
