On Tuesday the lady Chippewas golf team competed at Regionals at Ferris
State’s Katke course. The ladies finished in 7th place as a team. At the
end of the round Kendal Waligorski was tied for 3rd qualifying individual
to compete at the state tournament. This meant she had to have a playoff
with another girl. With a gallery watching and her grinding it out after
three holes Kendal came out victorious!! Kendal will now compete at the
State Tournament at MSU. Congratulations to Seniors Sara Danison and
Emalyn Nelson, Junior Olivia Vasquez, Sophomore Kendal Waligorski and
Freshman Sarah Huber on a great season!
