The Chippewas traveled down to Ludington on Tuesday night to take on both Ludington and Alma in some conference and non-conference competition, coming away victorious in both matches (112-66 and 126-47, respectively). Individual event winners include: Sophomore Trevor Adamczak (200 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly), Freshman Alec Lampen (200 IM and 100 Backstroke), Senior Ben Sullivan (500 Freestyle) and Senior Zach Lee (100 Breaststroke). Winning the 200 Medley Relay was the team of Junior Seth Thompson, Lee, Lampen and Senior Dylan Johnson, while the 200 Freestyle Relay was won in a state qualifying time by the team of Adamczak, Johnson, Senior Griffen Antal and Sullivan, and the 400 Freestyle Relay team of Adamczak, Antal, Sullivan and Thompson completed the sweep.
The Chips return to competition Thursday at home against Mona Shores, starting at 6pm. Spectators are limited to two per athlete.
