The Manistee High School Boys Varsity Swim Team had a decisive victory over visiting team Fremont, winning in a score of 84 to 49. The team totaled up 30 best times out of 57 swims, an exceptionally good result after only having been back in the pool for two days prior! Individual event winners included Junior Seth Thompson in the 200 and 100 Freestyle, Sophomore Trevor Adamczak in the 500 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke, Senior Griffen Antal in the 200 IM, Senior Ben Sullivan in the 50 Freestyle, Freshman Alec Lampen in the 100 Butterfly, and Freshman Drew Mendians in the 100 Breaststroke. The winning 200 Medley Relay consisted of Lampen, Senior Zach Lee, Adamczak, and Sullivan, while the 200 Freestyle Relay (Antal, Senior Dylan Johnson, Thompson and Sullivan) and 400 Freestyle Relay (Antal, Johnson, Sullivan, Adamczak) also finished in first.
