It is not too late to register and get involved with YIG! (Youth in Government!). YIG is an exciting legislative and debate experience with Middle Schoolers from all over Michigan (and events with students from the MidWest states!) Let your friends know it is FREE this year.  There are all kinds of opportunities to get involved.  Visit myig.org for more information about YIG.
 ALL YIG virtual events will take place on ZOOM (an online meeting app).  If you have not used Zoom before, it is quite easy.  You will have to download it to your PERSONAL phone or computer.  The school computers will not allow you to use Zoom.
1st MS YIG Meeting-  Monday Nov. 2nd 2:30. Mrs. Andrews- Ramsey’s classroom (113). We will meet until 3:15.    Bring your personal device if possible.
MS YIG Conference will be:  Subject to Change.
Nov. 5. 3:30-4:30. (Meet at school or log in at home)
Nov. 17. 3:30. Log in and Listen-  Bias’ in legislation and Debate. and 7:30pm.  All YIG. Policy Discussion-  Optional
Nov. 20-23. FALL CONFERENCE-  More details on logging in and times to come.  (20th is 3:30-5:00 and 23 begins at 3:30)
