Due to the unprecedented, global Coronavirus-19 pandemic, Gov. Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-100, remaining in effect until June 12, 2020, states: Subject to the exceptions in Section 7 of this Order, all individuals currently living within the State of Michigan are ordered to stay at home or at their place of residence. Subject to the same exceptions, all public & private gatherings of any number of people occurring among persons not a part of a single household are prohibited. Executive Order 2020-100, in effect until June 12, 2020, states: a meeting of a public body may be held electronically, including by telephonic conferencing or video conferencing, in a manner in which both the general public and the members of the public body may participate by electronic means.
