Flu season is starting and just a couple of reminders to help fight the flu:  


1)  Kids need to be fever free, vomit free, and diarrhea free for a full 24 hours before returning to school.  (ex: If a child last vomits Tuesday at 4pm, s/he returns Thursday morning to school.)

2)  Drinking water and washing hands with soap discourages the flu virus.

3)  Consider a flu shot; flu season can last through spring, so protecting your child now can really make a difference.
